Meet the Owner
Steve Pendlington began his construction career as a carpentry apprentice in Ottawa in 1991. He later managed major commercial projects across Canada and the United States.
As a commercial superintendent for Shimizu in Vancouver, Steve helped oversee projects including the Engine 374 Pavilion, Vancouver Aquarium and Fraserview Golf Course expansion.
In 1999, he established Westcan Construction. Today, Steve and his team bring decades of experience, careful planning and commercial-grade craftsmanship to residential and commercial renovations.

Are your subcontractors licensed and insured?
Yes. Our trusted subtrades are licensed, insured and work with Westcan Construction regularly.
